We process contact and enquiry details supplied directly by you, correspondence arising from the enquiry, and limited technical, referral and campaign information generated when the site is used. Processing supports enquiry handling, conflict and suitability assessment, consultation arrangements, requested communications, website security and measurement, fraud prevention, legal and professional compliance, and the establishment or defence of legal rights.
Whether information is required
You choose whether to submit an enquiry. We need enough information to identify and contact you and understand the general nature of the request. If required information is not supplied, the firm may be unable to assess or respond to the enquiry.

Information may be provided to authorised firm personnel, professional advisers, regulators or authorities where lawfully required, and operators that provide hosting, secure storage, security, analytics and email services. Security, retention and incidents
PM & Co Inc. applies reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and reviews access to website enquiries. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal duties, professional records and dispute management. Where a security compromise creates a notification obligation, the firm will notify affected persons and the Information Regulator as required.
Data-subject rights
You may request confirmation and access, correction or deletion where permitted, object to processing in appropriate circumstances, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain about unlawful processing. Complaints
